Strategic Online Presence for Senior Professionals
Helping express experience, judgment, and voice on LinkedIn
Most senior professionals are not invisible online because they lack experience.
They're invisible online because the way they show up no longer reflects who they are, what they know, or the level they operate at.
Institutions used to handle this. Communications teams used to shape the message. Career progression used to speak for itself.
That scaffolding is gone or thinning fast.
What remains is a platform where perception, signal, and credibility are built in public, often without guidance and often without time.
What I Do
I work with senior professionals to strengthen how their experience, judgment, and voice are expressed online.
This is advisory work, not content production.
The goal is not to "be more active" or to perform for an algorithm. The goal is to understand the platform well enough to use it deliberately, confidently, and in a way that fits who you actually are.
Most of the work happens on LinkedIn, because that is where professional signal currently concentrates.
But what clients leave with is broader than LinkedIn.
They leave with:
- A working understanding of how professional platforms interpret behavior
- The ability to write and engage without sounding performative
- Better judgment about when to speak, how to engage, and when not to
These skills transfer. The confidence does too.
How the Engagement Works
The core engagement runs six to eight weeks.
It is structured, finite, and practical.
We start with a diagnostic of your current presence and positioning. We work through priority behaviors and practices in stages. We test, adjust, and refine. We end with a clear game plan grounded in real data, not guesswork.
I typically work with 3-5 clients per quarter. Availability varies.
Who This Is For
This work is specifically designed for:
- Senior public-sector leaders
- Professionals in transition
- Advisors and experts whose experience is substantial but under-expressed online
It is especially relevant for those who no longer have institutional communications support and are navigating visibility on their own.
This is not for:
- Aspiring influencers
- People looking for shortcuts
- Anyone who wants someone else to "handle LinkedIn for them"
Starting a Conversation
I work with a limited number of clients at a time. Engagements take place only after careful discussion and mutual fit.
If you're thinking seriously about this work, reach out via LinkedIn or email—andrew.r.segars@gmail.com.
I'm happy to discuss what an engagement might look like and how it may help.
Clean. Senior. Strategic.
